I was seen by a really horrible woman there today. she was very rude and made me feel like i'm being a bad parent to my very ill daughter. veto your staff job centre.

Rating 1 star because of a particular employee named Ron, takes an attitude of bitterness and unwillingness to help process the most simple of tasks and seems to be focusing more on himself than his job, I feel his prejudice is against young people as he is an elderly gentlemen.I have been here on 3 occasions now, 2 of which I encountered ron and have been made immediately to feel like I shouldn't be there and on both occasions he tried to usher me out for no apparent reason?? ironically the visitation where Ron was not present was the only appointment where anything was acheived, I literally do not understand why he is working there, I have been nothing polite to him but everytime I go in he seems unnerved by me tells me he can't help me and gets me to leave so I have to hope and wait for different employees to be present to complete my application

Poor communication- severe lack of interest especially In genuine people who have to rely on these benefits due to medical conditions etc. Universal credit completely wrong, money deducted which causes stress, depression etc. No care from Bedminster Job Centre.

Have been sanctioned for being rushed into hospital with severe abdominal pains and bleeding the day before I was due to sign on because of this I called they said five days to get there as I would need to sign a form my Freind went to get the form and was not given it and was told that as I'm In hospital I'm not entiled to benefit so not o oh am i severely ill I k ow have to find away to feed clean and wash for the next four to six weeks thanks very much for being so understanding in the job centre you should all be ashamed of yourselves hope you enjoy your Christmas bonus for exceeding your qouta on San filming people well done you all

Why isnt there a direct call line to this place? I am trying to get through to explain that my daughter is ill and that I am having to call a taxi to get there. Been on hold to a national line for over an hour. No doubt will be sanctioned for not giving any notice or reason to why I am late.

Had a meeting to arrange universal credit, I was warmly greeted and served by a nice chap by the name of Steve. He made sure I understood everything and answered my questions. Polite and thorough, cheers

Gave me an appointment at 8.50am. Building doesn't open until 9. Had to stand outside in the cold.

I posted a while ago about the fire alarm system. Ok you replied back to say that you guys would speak to the people who owns the Job Centre about it, fair enough, it HAS been extremely quiet, but tonight (Wednesday 9th May), from 7pm -9:59pm it has been going off non stop! I don't think you guys HAVE spoken to the owners of the building at all regarding the noise. Not happy

I have given you 1 star because you can not give none as this is what you deserve. My daughter has epilepsy and this can be bought on by stress and after visiting the job centre at 100 Temple street she came home so stressed out that I had to get a neighbour to take her to the doctors to be checked out. So with this in mind I will be giving you notice that if this happens again I will be taking legal advice yours Mr Darrow.
