Needs an extra incline and flat bench apart from that it's great I like the cable pulleys not many gyms have that type maybe get another row machine for back not sure if I saw 1 but 2 is good maybe a second lat pulldown aswell

Brilliant place to train has everything you need and as it's 24 hour you can train whatever shifts you work.

great gym, but they’re pretty hopeless if you need to get in touch.closing the toilets and showers at 10 is bazaar. i’ve had to leave the gym early as i’m unable to use a toilet while at the gym, a place where staying super hydrated is good.i’ve emailed, messaged on facebook and instagram no reply or acknowledgment.please just unlock the toilets let us go the bathroom!

A friendly welcome and they had some decent deals in the holidays. You need to buy some grip socks first time you visit. Then you watch a brief safety video. And then... you're free to bounce! This place felt just big enough, with an interesting variety of activities (gladiator battle bit, electronic reaction test and a 2 person mini assault course + others). Didn't get to try the food or drinks. I had a great time as an (almost) grown up and the two kids who got us here in the first place really loved it. An hour is what you pay for and feels about right.

Excellent gym. Lots of space to do bodyweight training/ stretches as well as weights and cardio. Staff always busy cleaning the equipment and floor, which is really appreciated. Spacious and clean changing facilities. Decent amount of free parking. Would be nice to have some more bigger mirrors, but all in all it's a really good, friendly and cheap gym.

Great location for me, staff always seem busy keeping the place clean and at the price they charge I think you get a lot of value for money. Extra car parking round the back and plenty of cardio machines to handle peak times.

Used to be good but in my opinion there are too many members now as it doesn't matter what time of day you go, it's overcrowded. It only has one bench press, one incline, one decline bench which are sometimes impossible to get on sometimes. It's such a big place I think they could utilise the space better. There's always a machine or cable station out of use and it seems like it takes forever to fix. Nearly two years ago I was told there is a hack squat plus other equipment is on its way, still nothing. Personally I think its gone downhill thinking more about profit rather than having the balance of listening to what members want and not taking too many members on. I've made contact a few times over the years but never had a reply. On the plus side it's regularly cleaned and it's open 24hrs. I've decided to move on as I have a busy schedule so I need somewhere that has more variety and where I can get in, do my workout and leave as opposed to changing things around because equipment is broken or it's too busy you can't get on the machines/benches.

ive been a member since mid 2022.to cut a long story short its good.machines- plenty of choice. often there are machines out of order but its refreshing to see a 'new equipment arriving on x' sticker on the broken kit.car park is small, so when full do not expect a busy gym. cleaners work on overdrive to keep the place looking decent.weights- plenty of weights and racks. good range and at the price can't ask for more.staff- only had one interaction besides cleaners. I asked them why the sauna was being turned off early and they apologised and there hasn't been issues since. overall a good interaction.changing- good and kept well, showers could do with a few quid spent on them to tidy up but it is still miles better than the local council gyms.sauna- good. like gold dust at this price, and not too busy.on balance- I feel like ive gotten more than my moneys worth. the sauna and kit make it well worth the money. I appreciate these gyms can be busy during peak hours, and wish to take issue with other negative reviews claiming the gym is too busy" and the staff aren't acting like the secret police when someone leaves weights In the wrong place. overall the gym is good

Machines frequently out of use, members often don't put equipment away and it's rarely challenged by staff. Rated 3 stars instead of 2 due to its low monthly cost and the fact the cleaner is always around cleaning!Squat rack flooring has been faulty for weeks, frequently challenged all of the above via email.

Cracking gym, fairly priced.. lots of equipment, staff are friendly, and the cleaners are always on the go. Showers and toilets are clean too.. topped off by the fact they have a sauna.. gets a 5*
