They removed some old panes and installed bespoke stained glass windows for me after I had struggled to find anyone who still did traditional putty work. They were very prompt, efficient and careful in their work. They left the place spotless and were charming to deal with.

Don't bother. Rude and not really bothered enough by your business to care about the customer service. Not very responsive to email, employees turn up without notice when they said they'd give notice - not wearing masks when it is common sense to wear a mask given the heightened risks in London right now. The quote was £350 and then it came back at £406 after they measured the space and confirmed the same measurements... How odd. When I asked why extra cost I was told it was because of my postcode - I live about 20 mins away... Its a shame because I used them several years ago and it was great.
