Never used a tanning bed before so have nothing to compare it to. The staff were very friendly and informative. Everything was explained to me and I was shown how to use the bed. Parking can be hit and miss depending on how busy the other shops in the area are.

Just had a sun bed me and my missis my gf had 12 mins I had 10 my gfs bed was cold like the tubes was gone on the bottom she told the woman on reception who said she would test the bed no offer of a refund also she went on for 12 mins I went in for 10 my gf was out b4 me and Evan questioned was she in there 12 mins she didn't Evan break out in a sweat

The staff are really lovely and the price is decent. However, I always find I have to wait a while for a bed and they're not cleaned beforehand by staff so trying to get ready, and clean the bed in the time allocated before the bed turns on is not enough.

Lextan head office please pay attention as this is no way to conduct a business and you are losing customers. I have been 3 times in the last 8 days and every time, there is a technical problem which your staff are not capable of resolving. The card machine is either not working, or the sign in pads, or both. As you don't accept cash and your business is reliant on this technology, you need to do something about it. Either upgrade your systems or replace them. And give your staff the correct tools to do their jobs as this is frustrating and embarrassing for them, and every single one of them have nothing good to say about you. Wake up.

First time I've been to this one and was greeted by a lovely young lady very polite and customer friendly....the beds were clean and tidy...hot too...will go back very soon and would recommend to friends and family thank you for a lovely experience

Been looking for a decent sunbed since moving to the area, and I'm very happy with Lextan. I've been twice now and my tan lasts a lot longer than any other sunbed salons (and I've been to a few over the years) Powerful sunbeds so I only need to do 10 minutes on these which also saves me money in the long run
