Best store for underwear! With the help of the friendly, and very knowledgeable staff I was able to find my perfect size and style. They even give you a little card with your size, and style, and staff member that helped you for future reference which is such a great help.

Staff can't do enough for you, excellent service. Not expensive and very nice stock. Will definitely go again

I can't express how amazing this place is! Staff are absolutely amazing and helped me when I needed it, I also saw them helping others out with choosing an outfit and helping someone with a fitting, but pricey but it's so worth it

Lovely looking store as you walk in, gives you a sense of luxury with the colour pallet they've used for the soft furnishings, wall colours etc... and WOW the smell is to die for. A little expensive but thats what you have to pay for good quality products. Staff are excellently presented but what does put me off slightly is as soon as you walk in they stare at you and before you've even looked at anything they ask you if they can help, one could look at that as great customer service but i just like to have a browse 1st and then if i have a need for assistance i can ask myself.

Initial staff member was helpful.Second staff member I spoke to told me I shouldn’t check out as a guest when this is an option on their website. Unprofessional.

This is the first time I've been to Boux Avenue post pandemic. I arranged for a fitting the night before which was an easy task. I went online, found Merryhill as it is the closest to my home, I inputted my details and answered the questions and picked a time and date. Donna was my fitter she was fab. She went above and beyond until she found the perfect bra. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and most definately passionate about her job. I think I tried all the bras on in the shop.The shop is nicely laid out and easy to maneuver. It was clutter free, clean and tidy. There is a waiting area that partners, friends etc can wait comfortably. The bras are reasonably priced and most definately worth it because of the whole shopping experience. I would most definately recommend a visit.

Went in a day before around 7pm and asked about bra fittings, person who measures them wasn’t in and was told that they will be in tomorrow, I came in again and was told they don’t do bra fittings and was told to go to m&s for a fitting! This genuinely put me off as I was looking forward to purchasing a set or two aswell. Won’t be shopping here again.
