Completely dreadful. I think I could've done a better job. I will never use them again. £15 for this?! If you can't do the job, tell me and I'll go elsewhere.I didn't complain as I am English and a coward.

Bad Job! Dropped them off to be picked up the next day, when i did so they weren't fixed at all. Gave them back to pick up another day later, the state i got them back in was awful. According to the shoe repair guy in Folkestone they had been melted, they have now been fixed to a good standard considering but certainly not in Hythe, avoid! just go 1 town over.

Keys cut. Reasonable prices and done very quickly. I also have a motorcycle boot in there for fixing .. That was superbly done as well. Extended the life of those boots possibly by years.

1 x pair ladies knee high (faux leather) pull on boots, soles coming apart at toe end. The job was to re glue and a general spruce up. After 9 weeks wait I was charged £17.50 for a bit of glue and a polish. Apart from the long wait that I wasn't expecting, the charge was excessive and the sole came apart in the same place where it had been glued after only 3 uses. I will not take them back and have to wait more weeks as I wanted them back before Christmas to use for the winter. Lesson learned, I'll buy my own glue and do it myself now. Disappointed.
