On Saturday 25th June I had a problem with the front brakes on my Mazda 2. I spoke with Simon at the Bognor garage, who suggested I bring in my car for inspection. Charlie a technician examined my brakes and recommended replacement of pads and discs. Happy to agree, Charlie offered to supply a hire car in the interim. It turned out that my age excluded me from the BM insurance scheme. The upshot was that my car was taken into the garage and just over an hour later - Job Done!!I believe this was excellent service yet again by an excellent organisation which clearly takes the needs of the customer first. Superb service from BM changing my suspension and wheels on my California. Communication with Simon and Matt was excellent especially as I was heading off on a two week trip in the van straight after the work was complete! The staff were all friendly and courteous and looked after me and my daughter on the day brilliantly. After sales communication was also excellent answering questions about the new set up whilst I was away on my trip. Will definitely be using BM again and would highly recommend.

I was put onto Oli and Bognor Motors from a friend and client who had recently purchased a new T6.1 from him and spoke of the great experience he had. I contacted Oli and spoke a great length about what I was looking for, he spent a great amount of time with me talking though all the options and also had a vast amount of knowledge surrounding Transporters which proved a massive help in speccing the van.I ordered a van back in march 2021 with the full understanding it may be a while due to problems with VW and production. Oli was a great help every step of the way, and providing updates and chasing the dealer all the time. He went above and beyond every step of the way running up to the arrival of the van, helping secure price protection after VW tried to charge me close to 2 grand more.The van arrived and got a number of photos and a video showing me the van, he then went to work carrying out a number of modifications prior to handover. The quality and attention to detail by oli and his team was second to none.Journey down all the way from South Shields and picked up at Bognor station. The guys had a few bits to finish off and a steering wheel to fit that I couldn’t decide on until seeing it in person and then I finally had a van!An overall great experience (apart from the wait, no fault of Bognor motors though!)Oli has helped with lots of different things since picking up the van, offering advice whenever needed!Cannot recommend them enough!

Thanks so much to the guys as BMVS. I travelled 2.5 hours to this garage after hearing great reviews and anything else I need, I'll be making the journey again. Arranged for some work to be carried out on my t5.1 with Simon at your Chichester branch- super helpful, great knowledge.Had the work carried out in your Bognor branch on Friday, ( new solow nsl coilovers and a full service). Picked her up on Saturday morning, so happy with the results, the customer service, and most importantly, the quality of the workmanship, especially after dealing with idiots in the past. We have just recently purchased a Transit Custom for our business and we are really glad that we stumbled across Bognor Motors.
