i go for facials, and have been using Caroline’s business since it opened. In fact she has been giving me facials for over 20 years, i loved the caring way she treated her clients and followed her when she changed jobs to when she eventually opened her own business. My visits to Cloud 9 are my escape from the madness of the world, it is calm, relaxing (most definitely) and educational. whilst carrying out my facial Caroline is happy to inform me of any new and changing developments in the beauty industry, in her softly spoken voice she is happy to give advice on how to manage my skin regime to bring out the best. This is a place i go to for a little bit of me time, and i truly look forward to arriving and being thoroughly pampered by this lady. i can not recommend her strongly enough, book and try you will not be disappointed by this lovely lady and her treatments.

Caroline is discrete. She creates a calming environment whilst administering the varied treatments she is able to do. She is intuitive, in that she knows how you feel, if you want to chat or if you need peace and quiet.She is knowledgeable, and can offer many varied treatments to help with any mental, physical or cosmetic problems you might have.I have had many treatments and Caroline excels in them all.I cannot praise her highly enough.
