Lovely little village pet shop for all your pets needs. The staff are so very friendly and helpful.

Today for first time went into the pet shop as wanted to get something for my dog , ear drops or dog cleansing for my dog . Now when I ask the lady who’s in the shop for some help . She is very rude and not helpful at all . I was very surprised as I was asking her about the product and she just looked at me and said in a way just read the box and it will tell you the instructions. I was very disappointed with this customer service .! I would of appreciate if you go into a shop for some help advice on certain aspect they would be able to help you .! But it just seem like she didn’t want to help . No manners at all or polite and very rude it completely put me off buying anything. I really would appreciate some good customer care. Therefore due to my poor experience in the shop I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE !

Nice shop the staffs that work there are very kend but julie is very helpfull if you need help finding somethink she will find it for you . alway there if you need some one to talk to

I needed a lot of things for a new dog, so I did a quick search of pet shops near me" and Waggles came up (Chatterton Road and West Wickham High Street). CR was closest

I needed a replacement bowl for the Trixie cat activity fun board as I smashed it. I searched high and low, and thankfully found Claire at Waggles Pet Emporium! My bowls were ordered and arrived very speedily and Claire was incredibly helpful in getting them posted to me. I would thoroughly recommend Waggles Pet Emporium, as it is rare to find such amazing customer care nowadays. Thank you!

Great local pet store with friendly staff. Quite comprehensive stock for a small store and the addition of a bowl of water outside the store for dogs is welcome, especially in hot weather.
