Nice car park on the shore front. Great place to park if you are going for a wander or, in this case, capturing the aurora borealis.

This is the beach-side place to park for free in Maidens, and it has a ChargePlace electric car charger for 2 cars, now always in use. Needs more!The carpark is ideal for Ropes cafe, walking along the sandy beach to Culzean Castle and park or simply gazing at the sea!Ropes has a toilet, but it would be good to have a toilet building adjacent to the carpark or alongside the beach, like the one in Dunure.
