I have been undergoing physio and chiropractic therapy with Dr Ron Pierce at Pro Health Physio (Benton) for shoulder issues and a back issue. After just one session of chiropractic therapy and a week of targeted exercises suggested by Ron I can honestly say that my shoulder pain and range of motion in my neck improved by about 70%. After two more follow up sessions which then focussed on helping my lower back injury I felt relief and greater mobility and was able to do repetitive 110kg deadlifts without a belt. This was something I wouldn't dream of doing even without an injury before this therapy. So thanks... the relief also made a huge difference to my sleeping quality which was the outcome I had origionally hoped for. The deadlifts were a bonus!

Been to Ron twice now to try and help my shoulder injury and he’s been an absolute legend! By far the most in-depth and detailed appointment/treatment that I’ve ever had (and sadly I’ve had a lot over the years elsewhere). The improvement in my shoulder is amazing already and they’re much more stable, balanced and I’m thankfully now pain free. Thanks man!
