Unfortunetley these trucks are horrible, they have constant electrical faults, stoppages mid-use, and faults that cannot be cleared, the online ticket support system that is used to book service engineers is often faulty. Compared to other similar equipment these are too fragile in a working environment even when going above minor bumps like going in to pick up a standard CHEP pallet it stops and records a condition something that should not be the case as this is their purpose, incredibly frustrating to use.
