I needed a roller door latch, lock and handle. Guy behind the counter very helpful and knowledgeable as I had no clue. Highly recommend.

had trouble trying to find a strike plate for my broken in uPVC window. took the broken part to profast and the fella behind the desk matched me up some parts that although wer'nt exact fitted perfect.great customer service!!!

Needed upvc handles for a 23yr old wooden door. Took a rough sketch over to Tommy, (who by the way has sorted all my previous problems out), he sorted me with new handles in less than 2 minutes. He took one look at the sketch and knew in an instant what I needed. As always he always throws in a nugget of great advice in relation to fitting. Tommy never disappoints and goes the extra mile to get you sorted. You can just tell he lives and breathes the job. Best in town. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Turned up just as they locking the door on a Friday afternoon. Regardless the sale rep who I'd never met before opened up again to help me . He then went above and beyond to find the components to repair my door lock that is no longer manufactured. Have always been helped and advised any time I've been to Profast over the years. If they don't have it they'll guide you to one of they're competitors who might have what you need. Fantastic customer service.

I needed a replacement door handle for a uPVC door I bought from a salvage yard. various people looked at it and said it was very difficult to replace. Tammy at Profast solved it in seconds giving me the correct handle and showed me simply how to fit it. Couldn't not leave a good review after the service I received. Thanks again.
