I came in today with my partner looking for a motability vehicle for myself and spoke to a wonderful sales assistant Adam ... He put us under no pressure to make any decisions and happily spent an hour and a half talking to us about various models, he knew we had other cars to see and didn't try and push a sale onto us ... We eventually came back and test drove the car and are very happy with the one I've picked. It was such a wonderful first car experience ... Many thanks

Bought a car recently from Richmond Group Fareham and it was a fantastic service from start to finish. Experience if customer service was brilliant and they helped me out alot. The main person I dealt with was Daniel Kelly. The way he dealt with my queries during the purchase and after purchases was quick, professional and very friendly. Would definitely will buy another car from them when it's time to renew.

Aaron and Scott were extremely helpful when deciding on what car to purchase. Aaron was not pushy but allowed us to browse around the showroom and forecourt at leisure but stayed with us to answer any questions we may of had. Aaron found us a great car and from start to finish he was really helpful and accommodating . If you want good service these guys are great, they are not in your face they respect what you want and right until the deal was closed Aaron went through everything so all information was clear and understood. Thanks guys was dreading buying a new car but you made it a pleasurable experience for me.

Delbir and Scott are great sales representatives. Very helpful, Stayed late to allow us to properly test drive our new car and agree on a price that worked for both us and the dealership.We went down to Richmond Mitsubishi Fareham. They took our car in part ex and gave us a very fair price for it.Overall extremely happy with our visit and the service received. I hope we don't have to visit for a little while, but I'll happily return again in the future should I need.

Avoid at all costs, took my car in for a warranty repair, which was approved by a staff member only to be told after the work had been done that in fact it was not covered by warranty and I would be charged. To top it all off the car was damaged once it was returned to me which the Sparshatts team denied doing! 3 staff confronted me in an aggressive manor until I left the showroom. Please stay well clear of this garage!After no form of apology has been made I have now been threatened with legal raminifications if I continue to post on social media. Great way to deal to with customer complaints sparshatts!

Have had a totally disappointing experience with the Mitsubishi Service side of this organisation. Have been absolutely awful in communicating with me with regards to a warranty repair and ignore emails when I have chased this. Have now had to escalate my dissatisfaction with Mitsubishi UK and the leasing company.

We recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from this showroom and are absolutely loving the car! The service provided was superb from the initial test drive to handover, all aspects of the purchase were explained perfectly and a big thank you to Telani May who was an absolute star in taking us through the whole experience as well as following up to ensure all was good after the sale!!
