A really good service was received from Andrew. He was fast to turnaround the requested survey and produced an extremely detailed report. He then took the time to discuss some areas of concern that he had highlighted and was happy to speak with me even on his day off! He was then happy to be contacted again with some follow up questions. I'm really glad we chose Andrew for our survey.

Prompt service and detailed report, with follow up available for no going support. Unable to make specific recommendations of contractors, which is a little frustrating but understandable given the professional impartiality requirements of the certification system.
