I instructed Kang & Co Solicitors when I was charged with a significant speeding offence (speeding at 114mph in a 70mph road) Having looked at the feedback for various Driving offence solicitors I decided to instruct them based on what seemed honest and genuine reviews.Having done quite a bit of online research I knew I was in the top bracket for speeding and could potentially face a ban of up to 65 days or 6 points on my licence along with a hefty fine.As driving is an integral part of my job, I could not afford to get a ban as this would have stopped me being able to work and thought I would be lucky to get the 6 points and a fine.On my initial telephone call with Mr Kang and one of his legal advisors, Megan, I ran through the circumstances, and they advised me on the initial process along with what I could and couldn’t use in any mitigating circumstance. I also advised that I thought the NIP (Notice of Intended Prosecution) may have been issued too late and they advised they would also investigate this for me. Mr Kang & Megan, both left me feeling confident with their expertise and knowledge.The whole process was very straightforward from start to finish and I felt reassured throughout the entire process as their approach was knowledgeable and calm the whole time.I plead guilty to the charge and Kang & Co instructed a Barrister, Ms Birch to represent me in court on the day. Ms Birch was fantastic, she ran through all the details with me and advised me of how she would initially approach the case In regards to the NIP. As it turned out she got me off on a technicality regarding the issuing of the NIP and the Court dismissed the case and even revoked my Guilty Plea.This was even better than the best possible outcome I was expecting as no ban, no points and no fine.I cannot recommend Kang & Co solicitors enough; they were fantastic and worth every single penny.I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to anyone who needs their services.
