It is very expensive, looks like a tea shop not a Chinese medicine shop

I thing that the doctor female is very good. I went to an appointment and then acupuncture because of a tendinitis and all I can say it’s that helped and still helps.It’s normal when you go to a doctor and you have to pay the remedies. And of course it’s a kind of thing that when you go you expected to be expensive. This kind of products are expensive but effective.But in a long term you really can get rid of it and you are not intoxicating your body with chemicals. I already try everything for my harm and this is really helping. And they are very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend this store.

The doctor wasn’t there even I showed up early before my appointment. Very disappointed

Zero Stars - Not Even 1 Star - I had bought various products from this store once before - I telephoned them again to check and to confirm they were open and had the same products in stock again that I could buy immediately - they confirmed they had them all in stock and available immediately to buy - I took a day off work and bought train ticket for £54 round trip to go to their shop in London - when I arrived at the shop and showed them the invoice for the goods I wanted now and the same as I bought last time they refused to sell them to me as at first they said they did not have them in stock and then said if I wanted to buy them they would cost me 10 x more than I paid before ! they lied to me ..wasted my time ...cost me a lot of expense...they have no word of honour - do not trust them..they will steal you...they play games with people who are not Chinese like me - I went home went online and found the exact same products I wanted with an online supplier and for just a little bit more expensive than the original price I paid - I advise you to do the same - this store is a rip off - beware - be careful - they cannot be trusted - they lied and played games - they do not like having non - Chinese people in their store - they deliberately have people working in their store that pretend to not speak or understand simple English - do not trust them - you will regret it if you have to deal with these non honest individuals - save the hassle and buy online better.

I will leave zero star if I can. This is a place that looks like a tea house. It has a rip-off policy if you want to see a doctor and take the prescription away without buying their medicines (those strange powders costing you £100 each week), you need pay £80 for the prescription. To see a doctor for 30-min will cost you £20, which includes £5 for so-called registration (a throwaway notebook that put your personal information under one line and and a record number). What a scam place?! We are in 21C, no patient records on your computer system, which does not exist! Given the rip-off policy, you will spend at least £120 for your first appointment with a so-called unqualified doctor! Please note the medicine only lasts for one week. The second week you will pay another £15 to see a doctor and £100 for another week of medicine. I have searched up their records on the UK government web, their profit margin was so high (90% for 2022, 89% for 2021)!? Shocking! Avoid at all costs!!!
