I was able to find a good condition Aeron chair for a very good 2nd hand price. A bit difficult to browse as the store is packed with a number of items, but the very friendly owner helped me find what I was looking for and even helped load the chair into my car.

Had the Aeron for about 3 Months, working great with zero issues. I asked on the day that the arm rests felt loose and they swapped it out with a lesser used one. Also advised me on the proper technique to carry it. Saved my back for sure.

Unfortunately there isn't an option for zero stars here otherwise this would be my choice for the shop that customer service and courtesy abandoned. There are some good pieces here and while the younger of the two gentlemen is helpful and pleasant for the firstLto deal with the older man ( it wouldn't be truthful to say gentleman) is rude and obnoxious with no patience and the attitude that he resents the fact you want to buy the items he has for sale.

I bought here a very good condition Herman Miller chair for a food price. There are a lot of chairs and they have same day home delivery. The place is completely full of chairs, nothing fancy.
