DR. Karim RAJPUT (MBChB, MRCPsych, DOccMed)

The communication between their staff and doctors is disgusting! Especially the doctors! I have been crying out for help for my grandmas mental health, that alone has been stressful let alone the stress perceptive health have caused! I cannot even begin to understand how they can claim what they claim on their website about helping individuals with various mental health/medical conditions, but they have completely ignored my grandmas mental health needs.I contacted this private practice on 22nd December, and today 18th Jan after ringing everyday for the last few weeks nobody has rutrned my call when they said they would with 4 working hours.As I couldn’t speak to anyone other than the receptionist when ringing the office who all claimed they will pass my message on and will give me a call back, I took it upon my self to call Dr Rajput on his mobile two weeks ago to find out the progress of the case and how long it would take for an appointment. Dr Rajput advised he is passing the case to Dr Sinnah who is a specialist in old people mental health and will contact me within the next day or two. Dr Rajput also gave Dr Sinnahs contact details, just so I can make myself known to her. I didn’t initially contact Dr sinnah, however a whole week passed and no contact was made from her end. So I decided to call Dr Sinnah.Today 18th Jan nearly 4 weeks later from when I first contacted perceptive health I have received no calls in regards to an appointment. I have rang Dr Sinnah numerous times in these last few weeks, she answered once and and said she will ring me back at 6pm as she’s out on a visit. No call back was made.Few days later I rang again 4/5 times, she replied with a text stating she is in clinic and is unable to answer however will ring back that night (15th Jan) again no call!So I continued calling the next day hoping for some sort of progress but all calls were ignored yet again.I am lost for words! I have never in my entire life of dealing with health care professional have I come across such unprofessional, neglecting staff and doctors! Especially with it being private Mental health!I really do advise you all who are considering perceptive health for any sort of consultation, to look elsewhere! You will save your money and your time!
