MiniCabRide - London Airport Transfer

We booked a transfer from our hotel in Heathrow to the cruise port in Southampton. We booked online a large vehicle to carry 4 passengers and 4 suitcases. The website confirmed that we were assigned an MPV5 which would have been big enough. However after confirming twice by phone the day prior to pickup the driver showed up with a Toyota Prius Plus. We called the Minicab rides and they assured me they had sent an MPV5 and argued they sent the correct vehicle when I am looking at a Prius. Needless to say it was the most uncomfortable ride since we had to ride with some of the luggage in our lap so we don’t missed our cruise. The driver was awesome but the arrangements were unsatisfactory.

Very good! We are a Family with two younger children (2/6). The Transfer worked perfect. Our flight was late but no worries cause the communication was very good and worked Excellent. The seats for the children were already in the car waiting for us. The driver drove us fast and save to the Hotel. Thank you for that! It was so comfortable. We already booked again.

We had a great ride, and a wonderful taxi driver who was easy to talk to and very helpful. He picked us up at our hotel right on time and called me to confirm we were the people waiting. We had a wonderful conversation about our countries and families (he noticed we were eager to talk with him) and arrived within the estimated time at our airport. Would use this service again 10/10!

First time using this cab company and was very pleased. Quick easy booking with great customer experience. I was notified when the driver was dispatched and when he arrived. He was early but called to check directions so he’d be in the right place on time. Was fine to wait until the booked time. Pleasant driver too. Wouldn’t hesitate to book minicabride again!

Absolutely Loved our driver!!! He was prompt(even thoughour flight was delayed), courteous and extremely Friendly. Traffic from airport to Hotel was awful, but he was such good company during the drive. Would definitely use this service again and will request him as my driver.

A very well priced journey. The driver was polite, friendly and very helpful with our luggage. He was waiting for us at the terminal. I was concerned about booking with a company I had not used before, but I needn’t have. Everything was as quoted. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Driver arrived before we did and was already waiting at the arrival hall with our name sign. He offered to pull our big luggages for us and led us to his car. Big, spacious, clean & comfortable ride. Gave us advice and tips to surviving three cold weather. Appreciated this. Highly recommend.

We needed a transfer from Heathrow to Stansted after a very long journey. Whole customer experience was great - from initial contact to drop off. Very smooth and clear communication, payment and drive. Driver was very nice and waiting for us at the pick up point, all logistics were communicated and transparent. Nice and smooth - just what you need from this service.

On both the outward & return journeys were both on time. The cars were clean and well looked after. I had a fold up wheelchair and they helped my husband to get it in the boot. Due to being in a car accident when I was younger, I am often a very nervous passenger with unknown drivers. However, both of these drivers made me feel very calm. Should we come to NW London again, we would not hesitate to use this company. Highly recommended.
