No queue so was served quickly. The classic brown sugar boba milk was superb just a shame a few flavours were out of stock at the time. Worth the price and will visit again!

Favourite place for bubble tea!Especially love the biscoff brown sugar and original brown sugar. The Taiwan king kirin peach tea is so refreshing and yummy, favourite fruit tea.Got the soda and handmade jelly to try but was disappointed as there was no flavour and the jelly was difficult to have as they are large balls, ended up throwing away the jelly

We got the matcha soufflé and brown sugar boba milk tea for £9.50. The matcha souffle was really light and lovely. The bubble tea was amazing and the boba is homemade, which you can tell. Definitely recommend getting bubble tea here.seating is limited

My recent experience with biscoff brown sugar boba milk was a decadent delight that exceeded my expectations. Its heavenly combination of rich taste , chewy tapioca pearls, balanced sweetness, creative toppings, refreshing nature, and aesthetic appeal made it a standout beverage. I wholeheartedly recommend this exquisite creation to fellow boba/bubble tea aficionados. It's a divine indulgence that promises a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, delivering a memorable sip of pure bliss.

Huge queues and with good reason, rhe brown sugar bubble tea was awesome. We chose the gold leaf rose tea. You can see the whole process being made in front of you and the taste was great too. Each drink is somewhere between 4-7 pounds. We were on a food tour in London so this wasnt too bad a price for the area. There are loads of shops like this in the area, but to see the bubbles being cooked in front of you is pretty unique to these shops.

Very delicious! Tried their biscoff brown sugar boba milk. The best tapioca I’ve had in London. You can see the staff “cook” the tapioca in the big pot.All the drinks are also visually pleasing, service could be more friendly though.Remember to stir it well to get the sweetness in the tapiocas blend with the milk before enjoying!

I had the signature brown sugar boba milk and as an avid bubble tea/boba drinker, I could taste the freshness and quality of the tapioca. I visited in the evening so didn’t have to wait in a queue. The only reasons I fought between a 4 and 5 star rating were that there were no alternative milk options and the menu was limited, but I went with a 5 star rating as the cons were outweighed by the authenticity, quality and taste here.

The drink was fine because I gave it too high expectation. My first Xing Fu Tung was in Thailand and I loved it! I am not a big fan of brown sugar milk but Xing Fu Tung made me open my eyes. I was soooo thrilled knowing there are Xing Fu Tung in England however it wasn’t what I expected. The boba in here was a bit harder than the ones in Thailand and the drink was very sweet. I mean I still recommend it is a great Asian milk tea shop as it’s from Taiwan. Anyway give it a try I believe you will like it as my bf loves it so much.
