Joe has been amazing throughout the whole sale of our house!As soon as we met him I knew he was the right person to sell our home. I just wish has been able to buy our new home from him too as it would have been far smoother!!Having had experience of a larger well known firm who you can never get through to the right person and they never return your call I can certainly say this is not the same experience we received from Joe!Joe deals with your whole process of your house sale personally so he always knows what’s going on. He’s always at the end of the phone and if you call him he ALWAYS returns your call.In the end Joe was not only chasing up things on our house sale he was also chasing thing up on our purchase too which wasn’t his job to do. He is the most helpful agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with!!My husband and I was talking about the whole experience and how useless the larger firm we were buying off were and we decided maybe they were not so bad but because Joe was SO SO SO GOOD and so amazing it made them look even worse than they were.Bespoke and personal are the words I would use to describe this service and is the way forward! If we ever moved again I would commission Joe to find us our dream house so we could buy it from him and would no doubt get him back to sell our house!!

We had the best experience with Joe. We were always kept in the loop of everything and communication was always excellent. We felt we could trust that Joe had our best interest in mind at all times. Even though we lost our first buyer, Joe kept our spirits up and we ended up completing without much difficulties really swiftly. He's an all round good guy, and I would recommend him to friends and family. And would use him again if ever we were to sell again!!

Joe provided an excellent service in selling my Mum's house. He was friendly, communicative and always available to answer any questions we had.Some negotiations were difficult but he handled them expertly and it really felt like a bespoke service. The cake he brought on completion was also a lovely surprise and tasted fantastic. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Selling/purchasing a house is undoubtedly one of the most stressful things you can do and ultimately for the majority of the process you have no control. Without naming names we used a high street estate agent and for the most part all I could see is that we were simply a number to them and another piece of their monthly sales target. Numerous times the contact was terrible and we never felt like they were ‘selling’ our property, more just waiting for a lucky bite at the right price.We were recommended Joe by a photographer in the industry and from the first time we met him you could tell he truly cared about the sale of the property, wanting to understand the house and surrounding area perfectly for every client he met. Joe would adapt and work to any time suitable to both us the seller and buyer and you could always contact Joe via phone or email without fail. The actual negotiation of sale was handled extremely professionally by Joe to get the right price and again level of contact was flawless.When it came to the exchange and completing on the property Joe was an intricate part of contact between us and the solicitors making sure everything was moving along flawlessly. If there were any bumps in the road he was very quick to iron them out in order for the sale to complete on the target date.Please use Joe and trust me he will care about the sale of your property as much as you do and you won’t just be a number on a sales board!.... oh and we got a lovely cookie saying ‘SOLD’ delivered to our door!

Found about Joe from Nextdoor after having bad experiences with Connells and other high street estate agents. I had a flat to see which I felt other estate agents weren't putting enough effort on. Joe came in and straight away got viewings clubbed together so I didn't have to get the flat ready for viewing multiple times during the same day. Found a buyer in 2-3 weeks and kept me in loop constantly via WhatsApp. Exchange took a bit longer than expected as there was leasehold involved but Joe kept things professional and on track with the solicitors. I rate and recommend him highly.
