Belgrave Premium Dry Cleaning

My choice for dry cleaning in Central London. Using their service on regular basis for past few months, never disappointed me, my shirts and suits were always ready and waiting for me, looking better than new to be fair. Absolutely lovely staff, always greeting you with smile. Yes, prices could be a little bit lower but hey - it’s central London and their service is really superb!

I could not recommend anywhere more... after months and relocation due to Covid-19, Ibrahim and his team happily shipped out my suit despite the fact that i was unable to come and pick it up. Incredible service that you just do not get anywhere else. If you need quality, responsive, professional service... look no further

I’ve had a good service for a number of years with suits but recently they did a great job on a suit that I thought would never be clean. It had paint on it. Don’t ask. They are miracle workers

We are staying at a nearby hotel and dropped off our laundry for a wash. It was a reasonable price and the clothes were clean and folded well. They even matched the socks! A much better solution than the hotel service or sitting in a laundromat during vacation time.

Had been using this company for nearly 3 years, mainly for bed linen sets (collection and delivery) but not for dry cleaning as I found that not being face to face I could not explain what was required to be done in cleaning my expensive clothes. Few items were returned not to my satisfaction.For the bed linen I had often to remind them for taking payment. Two payments had recently become due and I had to remind them to take payment.But the 2 bills were far more than usualand when I queried this they rudely told me they didn’t need to inform me of price changes. I asked to speak to the manager. No one called back for 3 days. By this time my next linen set became overdue from them. I called them to complain about receiving no call to resolve my bill query and to ask why hadn’t I received the delivery of my linen.They said my linen was not being delivered because of pending bill (which incidentally I was pursuing).I found this to be totally unacceptable attitude in terms of customer care and any goodwill. And holding customer hostage!!I was the one here who was chasing them to take payment.They therefore left me with no option but to take my business elsewhere.In all fairness they are good for straight forward laundry and dry cleaning but not for finesse of work or attitude.

I would highly recommend Belgrave premium dry cleaners after my recent experience. We called them frantically on an early Thursday afternoon after calling several dry cleaners in London and being rejected for asking for a simple press of a suit for a same day turnaround. We called around 1pm for a 2pm drop off and my husband’s suit was ready by 4pm and we were very happy with the service overall. They even spot cleaned a section of the lapel that had been slightly stained by makeup with care. Affordable pricing too, 9£ to press and 2£ for priority. Lifesavers!

Despite all the good reviews I had very upsetting experience. They damaged my dress and would not admit it. Obviously refused to compensate it! Tried to negotiate reasonable compensation and just got nowhere. Also cleaning and delivering took several weeks. Bad customer care and attitude.

Nobody showed to collect my dry cleaning on the arranged date. I called four times and was always assured that someone would arrive but I ended up cancelling after further no shows. Cannot speak for their dry cleaning but their collection and delivery service is non-existent. The lady on the phone was polite but confused, and so they clearly need to improve their in-house communication.

Nervous about giving in your precious clothes that you accidentally got dirty? Trust me, I feel you. I searched an excess of 20 top rated dry-cleaners before I made my final decision and could not be happier with the results! My designer brand trousers and extremely beautiful curtains came out just perfect, and I could not be more grateful for at least one dry-cleaner taking the care in the work that they do.Thank you!

More than £10 for a single pair of trousers (no collection or delivery) is terrible value. Nothing wrong with the service itself.
