Amazing product and amazing customer careFor many years, I have suffered from severe hearing loss in both ears. My GP had referred me to the NHS hearing service and I was fitted with hearing aids at Specsavers. Unfortunately, I found these hearing aids uncomfortable to wear and unsightly. Moreover, when I wore them they would often making a buzzing noise which I could not endure. As a consequence, I did not wear the hearing aids which had an adverse effect on the quality of my life and personal relationships.My brother-in-law had used the Hidden Hearing service in Worcester and recommend it to me. Encouraged by my daughter, I attended the Bolton clinic for an initial hearing assessment. I was so impressed with the attention that Daniel devoted to the consultation. It was so helpful that my daughter could be present too as it meant Daniel could test how well I could hear familiar voices.The Hidden Hearing aids themselves have improved the quality of my life and my personal relationships enormously. I can now enjoy family conversations even in noisy places such as a restaurant where previously I would simply not engage at all with what was being said. My family are also feeling much happier that their wife and their mum is back and they no longer have to say the same thing several times or just not at all.Unlike my NHS hearing aids, the Hidden Hearing aids are so discreet and easy to use. I love the fact that I have a bespoke prescription that is closely monitored by Daniel which is just one facet of the outstanding follow up care you are given. Part of the kit is a remote control so, if I am in a noisy environment, I can discretely turn up the volume.My family and I cannot thank Daniel enough for the care and attention he has given me. Very professional but friendly at the same time. I felt that the gentleman, Daniel, was very knowledgeable, was put at ease as he explained every step of the test. He was able to answer all of our questions in a manner that we both, (my husband accompanied me) easily understood. When necessary we would return to this practice.

Get the impression they only cater for age related Hearing loss and mild Hearing loss. Receptionist wore a facemask!! Instead of a transparent one!!

I have had a moderate hearing loss especially at high frequencies for several years, but was quite sceptical about benefitting much from hearing aids. (I had had some in the past and found them quite uncomfortable, and not of great use.) Recently Daniel explained that since technology had vastly improved, I would notice a considerable difference. He was very understanding of my scepticism; no ‘hard sell’ - just the opposite, in fact. His testing of my hearing was very precisely explained to me, and he prescribed and adjusted my new hearing aids according to my personal needs. Suffice to say that I am very pleased to have had almost ‘normal’ hearing restored; I can’t thank Daniel enough, and recommend him unreservedly. Could I also mention Georgina in Reception - along with Daniel, Hidden Hearing (Bolton) have a great team!

Not the cheapest company but they really care for their customers.Daniel, their consultant is very professional and makes you feel at ease.5 stars.

I’m so pleased with my experience at Hidden Hearing Bolton. Daniel couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. A very thorough hearing test with results clearly explained in layman’s terms. Absolutely no hard sell but having chosen to purchase the aids, the after sales service is great.
