Remade in Therapy
I had some sessions as I was experiencing some anxiety due to stress which was work related. The sessions were so good that Pam was able to unearth other issues and trauma that I didn’t think had effected me in my adult life. I certainly feel lighter and like I have lifted a weight off my shoulder. The coping strategies have helped me a lot too and I’m using them on a daily basis!I highly recommend Pam, she’s very professional and her services have definitely made a vast improvement in how I now handle stress.
