Had a lovely time with family at the Yorkshire Hussar this evening. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We sat by the log burner which added to the relaxed, cosy atmosphere. The food was superb! We’ve visited before and will definitely return. Highly recommend to others.

We stayed on the camp site and was a realy nice place lots to see and walk to .pub was very nice with lovely staff .the camp site was great everything you need was there we will be going back .so thanks for having us

The old man behind the bar that looks like Graham from Jeremy Kyle is rude apart from that food was good camping facilities fantastic good location peaceful good atmosphere in the pub

A country village pub with very friendly locals, good food and often something interesting happening. Really good for a stay on the caravan site behind, family owned and run.

We have just come back from camping with our granddaughter, wished we could have stayed longer. We had a fantastic time. Its nice to see the same family runs the caravan park and the pub still . We have been a few times before covid hit and had to go backIt's a clean very well kept park and the staff make you very welcome. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Yorkshire Hussar Inn and Caravan Park
We found ourselves a little piece of heaven. Initially it was a two day stay in the motorhome. Having liked it so much we bought a beautiful caravan that was for sale on site. Now we are part of a lovely friendly caravan park. Nothing is too much trouble to ask the staff. It's a very popular site with campers and tourers with the added bonus of the Inn right on-site. The food is gorgeous especially Sunday roast. Highly recommended.
