Staff used to be pleasant in this store, but the standard has dropped dramatically. Staff lack courtesy and come across as moody and can’t be bothered.

Great for bargains on cleaning washing and personal products with proper branded products unlike the discounters who sell cheap copy brands. Usually undercuts the supermarkets.

I don't like this savers ! Well over crowded people don't wear mask ! The staff are moody ! There's no room get to check out ! 2 crammed they need a bigger store l would closed this store down move in bigger empty store l rate it 1/5 again 2 many people in at once and when u go at tills u don't get time pack your bag put things in u bought and the staff right moody they need 2 go 2 a staff course 2 learn how 2 speak 2 customers poor savers l will not be going back intill they sort lot problems out

absolutely terrible service, stood in the queue 5 mins while there’s 3 people on tills, one of them chomping on some bonbons like there’s no tomorrow looking the opposite way and the other two having a lil catchup. no acknowledgement while being served no thanks or please- nothing.

Why do they force you to walk all the way around the shop to get something next to the tills?Which dopey person thought that up? If you think it gets me to buy something else while I'm in there, it doesn't, it just wastes my time waiting in a bloody queue.That person needs sacking

I recently shopped at Savers Bridges Shopping Centre, and the experience was beyond great. The sales team was extremely helpful, and it made my experience so much better. The product selection is also quite great at this store, but I was looking for one extremely rare perfume…a product that has been discontinued. When I have asked the manager if they have it in their stock she went over the moon to ensure she can order it and sell it to me at a discounted price. This is what I call excellent customer service. The whole process was quite smooth, I can’t wait to shop here again.
