Smaller in scale than London, but there are good shops and establishments. Local landmarks include a stone pagoda, donated by a prominent local Chinese business as well as Chinese architectural flourishes around the Arcadian and surrounding area. It's nice enough.

For good Chinese meals go to the cafes rather than the restaurants

All food restaurants are now open , people are happy restaurants. Tesco supermarket is always open. Everywhere small Chinese shops next to each other like in China. Salesmen are looking for customers. Not far away a fish market. Sometimes you can smell it on hot sunny days. And seagulls are yelling. Nearby an open fruit and vegetable basar alongside one another. My impression is that here it is the heart of Birmingham, a mixture of living, restaurants, surrounded by historical buildings and shopping malls like the famous Bull-Ring. And all around multi-storey car parks. All reachable within short foot distances.

Great food however it is quite pricy most of the shops use cash so I advise you to have cash on you around 20-60pounds for a proper meal to fill you up. 10 pounds can get you 1 plate of food for one person. Good walking range if you don't like beef, lamb, pork, duck you will find it hard to find food however there are chickens as well but not many there are restaurants too which are well-prepared food most of the restaurants usually do card.China town is a very nice place to take pictures in when it's summer.

An actual feel of a China town. Birmingham's version of the place is authentic and large enough to provide much variety of Eastern Asian cuisine, aesthetics and culture. I loved it.

Nice place, with lots of little cafes and restaurants. The main supermarket there does get busy, but definitely worth popping in to pick up a few snacks etc
