I never use that card again. the last time I used it at the pump the value was 38£ when the invoice came from them they charged me 54£ now how do they explain this if the card was supposed to have a discount and in the end we paid more than the pump value

What I was originally sold by the team was completely different to what was opened for me. Took them 8 weeks to open an account for me and not hearing anything from anyone. When needing customer support the team take ages to reply to you and charge you for extras such as MileageCount without telling you.I would not recommend at all. Stick with UK Fuels or Allstar!

Rip off of a company. Don't use & Don't trust them. Suppose to do special deals for Alcumus customers, nah, got a good sales pitch to get you to join then take admin charges when it's supposed to be 12 months free. Have phoned & emailed numerous times & keep getting promised of a refund & still nothing to date. Avoid!!!

I was told that all the information about the account would be sent over to confirm prior to my account being opened. Next thing I knew, £90 taken out of my account for a fee I hadn’t agreed to. I was assured this would be refunded straight away which it wasn’t. During the following weeks I received no price notifications, the fleet app doesn’t show me a price and not even my account handler knew what my price was. So basically I was unable to use my account as I had no idea what price my fuel was! After weeks and weeks of chasing my refund, somebody in accounts obviously thought it would be funny to send me a cheque. I have numerous accounts with Watsons, Interfuels and The Fuel Card Company, and these are by far the worst guys I’ve had to deal with. My account handler Jess was a really nice lady, but unfortunately she was let down by numerous incompetent people and departments that seem to be spread over the whole of Yorkshire.

Sales team was great, prices seemed clear and reasonable so I made the switch as there was an offer on for safecontractor clients.soon became clear that this was just another company trying to take every penny they can with hidden prices.Online portal is unclear, invoicing is unclear.£120 admin fees for their mistakes, although after complaining, this was removed.No fight in customer services to keep clients, closed our account down and looking for another company who care about their customers.If you are a small income for this company (less than £1000 a week) expect them to not care about you and make up by charging fees.Gave them the opportunity to make things right before I made the decision to leave!Disappointed and would not recommend !

No idea who let them still running this bussines. Completely shocked with their service. THIEF ! No need to be sorry. Be professional. Look at the way you reply copy &paste to any costumer. Useless.

Our business ended up paying up to .22p above pump price! They assured me that we would receive weekly e-mail price updates so that we could check the prices, these never arrived and when challenged them they couldn't show proof of e-mails being sent. Total con from an untrustworthy company.

BEWARE of this company, they quote you good prices to get you on board and then later on they jack up the prices to way in excess of pump prices, if your'e not checking their invoices, like I didnt, you will be paying ridiculous prices for your fuel ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Give you a price for fuel and when the invoice comes through the price does not match. When you ring to point this out they say they will look in to it, but no refund for the overcharge. Not very trustworthy

As stated below…..Paid more than pump price then an admin fee to follow-quite astounding really, save yourself the hassle waiting for a card just ask for their bank details and pay them some money then walk away it’s quicker! feel like I’ve been defrauded (which I know is strong words) but what would you class it as using a service to save money due to loyalty bonus but costing you more than the original service? Used the garage they specified btw…..shocking experience!
