Stratstone Jaguar at Houghton-le-Spring, are extremely efficient, friendly and courteous.The receptionist, Hayley, has been able to solve any problems and queries that I have had, above and beyond what I would expect. When I had an issue with my car's alarm going off, she sent a mechanic to my home to resolve problem.I was really impressed with this level of service!The parts department are great too. Ordering parts, and telephoning next morning to say they were in stock.Even giving handy tips on how to utilise the part successfully.Overall fabulous service.

With a long journey to do & an amber warning on the dash, At short notice Brian & Deb helped me to get my car to the garage (with a 2 & 3 year old & 1 family car it can be a struggle) so off to a great start. Diagnostics completed the work was carried out same day & my car back to me by John (something he didn’t have to do) for a long journey tomorrow.. I was kept informed throughout & Brian helped in locating my extended warranty documentation so my bill was not what I expected either.. Really thankful for the teams efforts today & great to know my local Jaguar service centre will go to such lengths.. 100% recommend

All the team at Stratstone Houghton are very friendly and efficient. We had a very tricky fault that was difficult to diagnose and fix. We were given superb customer service by Helen who kept us informed every step of the way. She was a shining light and an a absolute pleasure to deal with. She give us fantastic customer service and provided excellent communication updates on progress. Thank you so much Helen. Special mention also to James (vehicle technician) who we never met but we know did not leave any stoned unturned in his determination to fix our car, thank you James. Booked my car in for a service online with a courtesy car as I live 45-60 minutes away from the garage. I was surprised at the high cost and my booking was moved forward 1 day (as they needed the car for 2 days due to a cam belt replacement), so I called them up to question the price and confirm the drop-off time and date. They immediately dropped the price by over £400 down to the Land Rover fixed price servicing cost. It feels like they would have taken that extra £400+ off me if I hadn't made the phone call to ask about it!I dropped my car off for its service this morning, but was then told there was no courtesy car with the booking. So with the option or a 5hr walk home or a £50+ taxi each way, I decided to take my car home and will now look at booking it in at a different garage (however all other JLR garages in the area are Stratstone too, so might look at moving to a land rover specialist instead).Overall I wasted just under 2 hours driving to and from the garage this morning, and now have to get my car booked in again with a courtesy car (which usually has a longer wait time). Would definitely not recommend.

An outstanding service from start to finish.Both Graham, who coordinated the repair, and Hayley who managed the front office aspect were first class. Efficient, courteous and professional. A real pleasure to deal with.The car was booked in despite the busy period and heavy workload, and the team managed to turn it around in quick time.At all times, I was given updates and precise costing breakdown - in fact they were able to optimise the cost by using approved parts.There is also an online function where I was able to monitor the progress.As a further bonus, they performed a free “health check” (on the car…) which included a video from the technician and also cleaned it. I also got a coffee…I would highly recommend all users to use Stratstone at Stoneygate. I certainly will be using this service exclusively going forward.Thank you so much Hayley and Graham. Can I just say a big thank you to Chloe and the team for the great customer service they gave today when leaving my car for its 4 year service. All went well, and I really appreciated the use of a courtesy car for the duration. Also took advantage of staggering payment over 6 months. Brilliant!

The service provided was impeccable, my car was brought in with a few software issues that required a replacement unit, the car was in for quite a few weeks while the garage relayed with jaguar but my service advisor Debbie kept me informed everyday ringing to let me know of any changes or updates even if there wasn't any just to let me know. She even relayed with the garage i bought the car from to keep them informed saving me the job, 100% would recommend.

Very helpful and friendly both on the telephone and in person. Saw me straight away and problem solved so a big thank you.

I had great service from Stratstone Sunderland. My warranty repair wasn’t straight forward and Hayley arranged everything for me including a courtesy car for a whole week so we could go on our holiday as was planned. I can’t thank them enough and what started as an extremely stressful situation for me was 100% stress free.
