Detex Cleaning

We hired Detex cleaning to do an end of tenancy cleaning for our new flat before we move in. We agreed that they will come on November 17 and that the cleaning will take no more than 6 hours. The cleaners came to the flat and were working there for 8 hours when the lights turned off (not sure what happened there we never experienced that either before or after). The company hasn’t contacted me directly to explain what happened and the cleaners left without finishing their job.On December 2 they came to finish the job. The cleaning lady was late, and came without a ladder although we agreed the day before they would have one to clean the skylight windows. In the end the windows were cleaned poorly (see the pic attached)I was working from home but the lady asked me to check her job about every 20 minutes. I would point to the dirt, go back to my desk, she would clean the places I pointed to and asked me to come again.We payed £260 for the cleaning . That is way overpriced for such service.

I requested a cleaning service for the house I left, I was impressed with the quality of the service, all stains were removed, and mostly they were very punctual with the day and appointment. the owner of the house was very grateful for the great work done.

I can't rate Detex highly enough. They managed to get the house sparkling clean and cleaned parts that other cleaners had missed. Would have no hesitation in recommending Detex or using them in the future.

Over the moon with the results! 1000% recommend!Xavier (Owner) was very friendly, cooperative and professional, he got the job done quickly and efficiently!The job involved the cleaning of the carpets in the entire house along with a huge rug, we have a dog in the house so there was a-lot of disgusting stains all over.The service was excellent, in the photos you can see the difference he made to the carpets, it was shocking!The final result was amazing, the carpets and rug was left feeling clean, fresh and back to life, they had a bit more fluff to them and made the overall feeling of the house a-lot lighter and cleaner.I couldn't recommend this company enough! 5 Stars!
