Not only do they sell beautiful quality products, they also have the best customer service around.Steph is exceptionally knowledgeable about all the products she sells and she is always ready to help and assist you, when planning your next painting project.They are a smaller independent business with strong ethical roots for recycling and repurposing items.Simply put, La Di Da is my go to place in town. Steph’s expertise and excellent assistance was much needed when I was shopping for very specific finishing items for my new work premises. She went out of her way to help me, making sure that I had all of the information I needed before ordering.I love the collection of items that she stocks, I’ve ordered Christmas gifts, Halloween decorations (of the tasteful kind) and some beautiful luxurious sheepskin rugs. All of which arrived in eco packaging and very promptly.I can highly recommend Steph and her beautiful online shop

The chair making workshop here was fabulous. Steph is an amazing instructor - the right balance of technical focus, encouragement and laughs. And I love the chair I designed and upholstered. It's also great that she provides the chair! So much easier than trying to guess what to bring. And fish and chips lunch from a local shop was perfect - supporting local businesses is exactly right. I wish the location were closer to me but nonetheless I'm sure I'll be back. Oh, and I should mention her shop. Love it. I could have bought the whole place. Something for everyone. It would be my go to shop for gifts and fun stuff if it were nearer to me. Nothing like it where I am. Anyway, can't recommend the shop or her courses enough. What a find!

Wow! What fantastic service! I ordered some furniture paint and other bits & bobs for an up-cycling project. I’m totally new to up-cycling & pretty clueless but the advice provided was absolutely brilliant! The products are amazing too & have done a great job on the project pair of cabinets. Absolutely highly recommended.

Lovely company and even lovelier response from Steph when I turned into a grumpy old man. My own fault for not listening to my wife when she said we should have ordered the paint earlier and then I panicked when I thought it may not arrive in time. Fair play as well to DHL who delivered it sooner than anticipated. 30 years of marriage should have taught me to listen to what my wife says. Paint was perfect and free delivery too, thank you very much.
