Very nice shop with knowledgable staff and a great selection of bikes and accessories. Owner went out of his way to help me out. Would recommend and purchase from them again.

Can't fault in customer service, answered all of my questions and was quick to respond. Can't say the same for product quality or knowledge. Seller knew i was making a 100 mile trip to London to come and pick up a scooter that was discussed. Been in contact for 3 days straight. made sure seller had all information required to make sure i would have been accepted for finance if gone through with the sale. Did everything in my power to make sure it was't going to be wasted trip for me and my Dad. Got to the showroom, seller hadn't even made sure the bike actually runs. Tried blaming it on fuel clog, when the bike had only been allegedly last run a month ago. Bike sounded poorly and the clutch was clattering around, probably for the best we heard the bike struggling. Would not recommend or go back again. Wasted time and fuel money!

I highly recommend these guys. My vespa wouldn’t start and MyScooteGuys charged me £65 to quote me £300 for an engine rebuild. I knew my bike wasn’t that wrong. I took it to XBlade and they fixed it (it only needed a carb clean so no parts required) and charged me a very reasonable £48 inc VAT. I work in the NHS in London and refuse to use public transport during the pandemic. These guys have been a lifeline!! I definitely will use again and recommend them thoroughly.

I bought a Piaggio MP3 from X Blade. I bought it with a 1 month warranty and had a small problem with the bike which was repaired with no quibbles. The service was good and they were always accessible by telephone. Would definitely go back.

Excellent service regarding selling and repairing motorbikes and scooter.I’ve personally bought and repaired a Yamaha Tricity 125 which it runs perfect and it’s in really good condition.Ali, and the whole X-Blade Motorbike environment it’s super reliable and kind.100% Good experience, guaranteed!

Came here to rent a bike for 2 weeks, didn’t work out for me, but at least the customer service was good and the issue was promptly resolved.

Best customer service been coming here for 4 years now, and even though I 've now moved out of the area I won't go anywhere else, well priced, very knowledgeable set of guys. Very flexible and always willing to help! No B**S**t just good honest reliable advice when it comes to all things bikes.Really couldn't ask for more, they go above and beyond, always going out of their way to make it a stress free experience.Keep it up guys this is how you generate and keep repeat customers... others take note!

I bought An El-nino 125 cc in black and yellow back in September 2012.I was told I had guarantee for year , in November 2012 my scooter broke down and would not start , I contacted X Blade motors and told them about my situation and they said for me to bring it down to their showroom for a mechanic to look at in Morden . I explained that it is not ride able as it does not start and that I would like for them to arrange to pick up but they said they could not pick up or pay for pick up , but they did say that if I got it repaired locally they would pay for parts and labour . After I had repaired my scooter I called X Blade motors to inform them of the amount I have spent, they at this point told me they only agreed to paying for the parts not labour, so I told them the price for labour and then at this point the gentlemen said they would supply the parts of their choice and not give any payments. Please do not Buy anything from these people there products are not of merchantable quality.Yes it does seem nice you buy a brand now 63 plate scooter for under a grand and you do not have to do a MOT test for 3 years , but it will fail to start in cold weather , the dashboard will fail, parts will rust and fall of , ignition circuit will stop working , this is all from experience .After I had this awful experience I decided to part exchange for a better scooter ideally JAPANESE but when I mentioned I had a shenke all of the dealers were not interested due to Chinese scooters having no value because of there very very low quality, they are a waste of time money and are no good once used u need to throw because no one will want it’s like a used razor.Their Customer Service stinks !!!

It's been quite a long time since I bought my first new motorcycle from this motorcycle dealer. Very polite and friendly staff! I definitely recommend this shop if you want to find a budget motorcycle. They do great offers which really makes you think of buying from them. Service level is very good, any issues been sorted quickly enough. You get what you pay for. Wide range of different entry level motorcycles makes this place competitive enough on the market. Before I bought my bike it matched all my criteria and then all we needed just to sign few papers and let the wheels roll the world!
