We've just received our first ordered from GG and are very impressed. Everything was as described and the items are lovely quality - even more so as they were all very well priced!Packaged very safely and easy to unpack.The website is easy to navigate, the wish list function is very convenient, especially for receiving notifications when new / out of stock items come into stock. Nice to be able to pay with PayPal too for ease.Thanks GG, look forward to doing business with you again soon!

We have purchased from GG's for many years but as soon as we had a quality issue with one of the products we had purchased many, many times before they were not interested and said we had to return at our own cost and they told us 'do not purchase these from ourselves again to avoid further disappointment'.

I find them to be excellent. Small business so the £150 minimum for free delivery suits us perfectly. The delivery time ranges from very good to excellent. Longest I've waited for stock is four days. My last order I placed was with me in 24hours. Everything is as described so I can order with confidence. Only had to use customer service once and they were fab. My go to company

We are a small family run business and have had 2 orders from Gainsborough giftware so far. We find their products to be of great quality and very reasonably priced. We had a couple of items broken in transit in our first order and quickly received a credit for them for use on our subsequent order.Both orders delivered in about 5 days which has been fantastic!I have spoken to Harriett twice and both times she was very helpful and efficient with my enquiries.We look forward to continuing to work with you.
