I Had a new boiler installed & radiators fitted throughout the house,Michael was very efficient & polite and cleaned up everything leaving no mess,The work was perfect I’m very happy to recommend them & will 100% use them again.

I’m sure ‘Russell Eco Heat’ is awesome in gas emergencies - reviews certainly suggest so. Shame consideration isn’t given to people when zooming around in vehicle, undertaking and tailgating people - not good …. I guess that’s why they always turns up so quickly.Wanna drive around breaking the law? Don’t get a branded van!

Our boiler came with the flat we bought. Thankfully the previous owners passed on Michael's Grandfather's details as it was he who installed and maintained it. Luckily when we eventually needed help Michael's details were passed to us by his granddad. Michael took the business over from his grandfather. I can tell you now that we will be sticking with the Russell family.I've been reading the other 5 star reviews and echo all of them. I would add that for me, Michael's main qualities are reliability, passion and trustworthiness. I am so grateful that he is the person who looks after our boiler and heating needs.

We needed a heating engineer as our combi boiler stopped working. Michael came out to us and got the issue rectified quickly. He was there when he said he would be and was extremely polite and efficient throughout. Highly recommend Russell Ecoheat

Michael came to install a new cooker. He arrived when he said he would and called ti advise he was on his way. The cooker wasnt a straight fit and he had to moved the pipes. This was done with no fuss and he explained what he was doing. Great work and highly recommend for any plumbing or heating jobs.
