The Cowshed at Wood Hall Farm

Great place for a wedding and a nice rural location too.

I was lucky enough to shoot a wedding here back in September. Lovely and unique wedding venue with loads of little style touches. Staff were really friendly also.

We booked the Cowshed for our wedding on 18th June 2022. And we were so glad we did. This venue worked so well for us because we were able to do exactly what we wanted with it to make it our own. It is a beautiful, authentic barn with loads of space both indoor and outdoor and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. The owners are absolutely lovely and could not have been kinder or more helpful. They gave us plenty of time to look around and put our stamp on it and were even able to help with the sourcing of hay bales which was a huge help. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and how cosy and relaxed it was. We had rain on the morning of the wedding but it just added to the cosy atmosphere we wanted to create for the day, and when the sun came out we had a beautiful outdoor game set up which just made it feel like a lovely vintage, country wedding.We absolutely love this venue and its versatility and would not hesitate in recommending /booking again.Thank you for such a beautiful day

Excellent place, great morning out !!Staff were awesome, friendly, and helpful.

A nice wedding venue, very calming and relaxing atmosphere, the outdoor space is green and nice for some pictures, you should bring in your our decoration and arrangements. there is a small bar for serving drinks and cocktails, clean toilets and good dance floor. it was slightly hard to find the location, follow the Google map and use the grass lane to the venue

Wonderful venue, charmingly rustic and beautiful surroundings. Sizeable venue too, can sit 100 people if not more. Lucy, the owner, was great with supporting our plans too. Would happily recommend.

I honestly cannot put into words how perfect The Cowshed is and how amazing the owners Lucy and Richard are!We are so happy we had our special day at this beautiful venue, everyone loved it and a couple of the suppliers even asked for the details as they had never visited before and were amazed by how beautiful everything was!We loved the concept of a DIY wedding venue - the Cowshed is the perfect balance between great facilities, well kept lawns, plenty of parking - along with being a blank canvas for you to create your own dream weddingLucy was the most amazing host, always on hand to answer any questions and help us along the way - she was so well organised and calm on the wedding day, helping with a couple of small issues with absolute easeWe were even lucky enough to be able to have a ride down with Richard to the sunflower field with our photographer for the most amazing photos - the best opportunity and this was so kind of Lucy and Richard to offer this to us - we are forever thankful!Thank you so much for the best day!If you are considering the Cowshed at Woodhall Farm as a wedding venue, go for it - you will have the best day!

Had our wedding here and the venue was second to none. Beautiful setting, we had so many compliments on the wonderful setting.Lucy was so lovely and helped with all aspects of setting up the wedding.Can't recommend strongly enough!!
