Guys worst chicken in Birmingham so dry and food took over 2 hours to arrive don't risk it buy it from somewhere else.

Good for friends catch-up as they provide seats inside. Food quality average whilst no rush

Too much wait, staff is not efficient enough they can’t manage it in busy time

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received when placing an order with your establishment on the evening of November 27, 2023.Initially, I called at 23:20 to inquire about the possibility of delivery. The staff member confirmed delivery was available and proceeded to take my order after I provided my postcode. I was quoted a total of £10 for my order.However, the situation became problematic when, after waiting for 30 minutes, I received a call from your employee stating that an additional £10 was required for delivery due to the distance of my address. I refused this additional charge, particularly since my postcode was the first detail requested before confirming my order.The staff member, who later identified himself as a new employee, then requested a compromise of an extra £5, to which I also declined. He said let me speak with owner I will you know.Later, when I contacted for an update, I was informed that no deliveries after 22:00. This was a complete contradiction to the initial confirmation of my order and resulted in wasting an hour of my time.This experience was not only inconvenient but also disappointing.

Just good food I wanna go back again no problem

Have ordered frm here a few times the food was nice but the last to time the fries hvnt been cooked well think they rush the order however person taking phone orders is always polite

Absolutely atrocious service! Went with a friend who lives on the other side of Birmingham so we met half way. We ordered in and waited 40 minutes for our food. The shop wasn’t busy. I don’t know what the heck the staff were doing. As tasty as the food is, it’s not worth the waiting times. Definitely won’t be going there again. Try the Nechells branch if you want a quick service. Very busy, yet fast and even generous enough to throw in some extras sometimes. 5* all the way!

The mega Mix meal was amazing and warm and the chill sauce was very very nice!! This will be my favourite place. Absolutely worth it!

Love the food! Affordable with kids and family.. best sitting area if you have under 10 years old
