Very disappointing, booked an appointment to view a car, travelled down in 2 vehicles from Luton and when we got there no one was around, the car was right at the back, hadn’t been cleaned for weeks!? One man walked in the yard and said I will get the keys. 35 mins later nobody around. Called the phone and they said will be there with keys in 5 mins. Still no one after another 15 mins?? Totally disrespectful and unreliable, why would anyone buy a car from these cowboys.. disgusted. AVOID..

2019.Reassured by them that the car's computer didn't show any errors and the fact that I'd get one month warranty, I decided to purchase a car. Then after check-up at independent garage, car's computer showed multiple errors which then revealed a true state of the car to be too damaged to drive. The initial repair cost have been quoted to be £1700 in order to make the car driveable again. Of course there is no warranty honoured at all.Previously known as: Motors Hub Watford Ltd. They are changing business name when they get to many negative reviews.
