They have been very helpful with a couple areas of work.Firstly we needed an urgent flat roof survey for our neighbours who were selling their flat. They arranged everything really quickly and provided the report promptly.Secondly we needed someone to Bitumen covering on our external stairs. The works were being paid for by our insurance company and the company were being less than helpful with agreeing the costs. Over a period of a year we had to keep asking for updated quotations for the insurance company. RJ Evans were very patient with us and provided the quotations without any issues.Once we had the everything agreed by our insurance company we were able to book the works in very quickly. They turned up on the day the said they would start the works and carried them out within the timescales stated. Everything has been finished to a good standard.

Faultless, very easy to deal with and years of experience made it a pleasure to deal with this company. Will recommend every time.

I found this company on Google and asked them for help and advice which was offered (unusually nowadays) without any hesitation or more importantly charge! They guided me in what they could do to help make our old felt covered flat roofs watertight again and provided their estimates without the need for a survey or a visit to inspect. Liquid rubber coating - not the solution we were expecting but it seemed to be the answer!The scheduling of the work was a little haphazard but this was out of their control due to the adverse weather conditions. The team who arrived were both friendly and professional and carried out the work with minimal fuss. It would however have been helpful if we had been advised prior to their attendance that they would need 2 days rather than the 1 day they had been booked for. Luckily that didn't create any issues. they completed the works and left the site clean and tidy although their van did leave a lot of unsightly oil stains on the new tarmac on our drive!We then had to chase the admin team for confirmation they had received the full payment and also to obtain the guarantee. But overall they were very professional and the work appears to be excellent although only time will tell.Would we recommend them? Yes we would without hesitation.
