Terrific weekend of carving. I have been stone carving for a while but I needed a refresher of learning to get me going again - and the weekend has definitely done that. . The guys really know their stuff and we’re able to communicate in a supportive but not patronising way to all in our group. Very friendly guys as well so I would thoroughly recommended them to anyone

I spent a fantastic weekend on the London Stone Carving beginners course a couple of weeks ago. Tom and Tom were great to work with and really encouraged us all. As someone who has never picked up a chisel and mallet in my life I was amazed at what we achieved over the weekend. I thoroughly recommend this course and huge thanks to the team for their tuition and help.

If you fancy a couple of days feeling like a bona fide sculptor / stone mason surrounded by legitimate works of Art then this is the course for you. The two Toms' were on hand to answer any question, big or small. A satisfying few days that I would certainly reccomend.

The weekend courses are brilliant, I've done 2 already and booked for another one. There is an excellent tutor to student ratio and a flexible and supportive style of teaching. As the tutors are both sculptors as well as expert stone masons they can show alternative ways to approach a piece of sculpture so that you can follow the method that suits you and develop skills at your own pace.

I would highly recommend anyone who is considering whether to go on this course to just go ahead and book it! Communication about the course was excellent - prompt reply to emails and lots of useful information provided. The actual course was superb, Sam and Josh were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Good degree of supervision given with lots of one on one time, and I felt the projects were set at an appropriate level of difficulty for us. I had a thoroughly enjoyable time and will definitely be telling my friends and family about this!
