Would highly recommend this company. All of the staff from Scott who attended our home address and gave us the initial quote to the office staff and Jason and Jordan who moved us over two days were very professional and had a ‘can do approach’. I had badly injured my back the week before the move and Jason and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before they finished on both days. Peter the owner visited our address during the move to make sure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. We are due to move again during the next 12 months and will not hesitate in using Bishops Waltham Removals again.

Can’t thank BW Removals enough they made moving very stress free. Such a brilliant team from quote to the day of the move. Well done to Peter and the crew on the day absolutely excellent service. If I could give a sixth star I would.

Couldn’t thank Darren, James and Harry enough! What stars!!! They made our move stress free and we were sad to see them drive off! They worked so hard in this hot weather we’re having yet kept smiling all the 2 days it took them to move us. How they manoeuvred furniture was incredible! Excellent service from start to finish. The lads that did the lifting were great, very quick and careful with all our possessions. Turned up on time and got on with the job. No complaints from them, they were perfect. Would highly recommend.

Bishops Waltham removals have moved us twice this year and I would highly recommend. The Office Staff are kind, courteous and helpful and the removal guys made two stressful moves fun with their good humour and hard work. Happy to go the extra mile and get furniture in to a really tricky house. Excellent value for money to compared to other quotes we had.

Jamie, Jake and Luke were amazing!They were friendly, polite, professional, caring and could not have done anymore for us. They made me feel at ease with the whole process and worked quickly and efficiently . I cannot recommend them enough. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. Excellent professional service. Right through from the quotation to the move, they have been helpful and flexible. The office staff are polite and helpful. The four men who moved my mother's stuff were very professional and hardworking. The packing service was great and undertaken well. I'd definitely recommend this company

We've used a number of moving companies over the years – for five UK moves and three internationals. Although Bishops Waltham Removals staff were friendly and seemed to work hard, it’s the first time that we experienced so many damaged items including our new sofa arriving dirty and embedded with wood splinters – as if it had been dragged uncovered across the removal truck floor. No house move or removal company can be perfect, but it was a catalogue of disasters causing damage to so many items; some which are inherited family antiques with considerable sentimental and monetary value.Beyond the many damaged items caused by Bishops Waltham Removals we experienced so much stress during the move and thereafter trying to resolve our insurance claim. All of this occurred despite the assurances we received from the Sales Representative, Barry … that we would be looked after by the professional removal team and that he would be present on the day of removals to ensure that everything would go smoothly and that our antiques would be looked after. He never appeared for the two days of packing, nor did he even have the courtesy to call to let us know that he was too busy. In the end, save for one time, he would not take any of our calls or respond to our emails to answer our genuine complaints.We chose Bishops Waltham Removals because we wanted to support a local company and not some large national company. But BEWARE, as we do not want others to go through what we did. Employ them at your own risk and do so if you want lots of stress, to be treated poorly and spend lots of money to have many of your possessions damaged. Given our dreadful and upsetting experience with Bishops Waltham Removals, and our financial loss of close to £500, we would never ever consider using them again.

The team were friendly and efficient from start to finish. The office staff worked around our tight timescales, the men packing on the day were quick, cheerful and careful with our goods. Jamie, Luke, Andy and John were all a real asset to the company- thank you.

The BW removals team were brilliant from start to finish. They were friendly, efficient, and helped to calm our nerves on the day too. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They were also a competitive and fair price. They listened to our requests with the rooms and even though the day got late, they still wanted to check we were happy with each room and were offering to move more things around for us. Thank you!
