Lightplan Lighting

We recently bought a ceiling light. At the time of purchase the staff were very helpful and informative. In particularly Elliot. Unfortunately once collected the light had a fault but both Elliot & Graham worked swiftly to resolve with no further inconvenience to myself and they both were very accommodating in making arrangements around my busy schedule. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

For me, Rob Waller pulls in the business and Elliott Norman looks after the service and technical side. Elliott was at the end of the phone at any time of the day and even when he was on holiday, he never failed technically or on delivery. I took Elliotts guidance several times without disappointment. Some of the lights fittings seemed expensive, but when they arrived the quality was superb, a cut above the “cheaper alternatives”. Elliott is now my first call going forward for all electrical products. Both Rob and Elliott are a pleasure to do business with and remain friends now.

Phoned the shop, they answered straight away. needed very specific bulbs, went down there, they had them in stock, no issues whatsoever.Very reasonably priced and excellent knowledge. Can not complain.
