Had my Ducati serviced here recently, what an excellent experience from start to finish. The guys at Dragon are true bikers and care about whats right for you and your bike.The bike goes on the dyno as part of the service and honestly it feels like a different bike, so much better that before.Even if there was a Ducati dealer in the north east I would choose Dragon to do all the work on my bike.

Had a misfiring bike and the team at Dragon Motorbikes couldn’t be more helpful. Did a great job of finding it with their diagnostic kit and dyno. Kept me informed all the way through and were very reasonable on costs. Would have been very costly at the dealership. Wouldn’t hesitate to send my bikes here. Great bunch of guys.

Great people, very knowledgeable about bikes and cars. Definitely worth a visit if you need help and advice on KTM/Ducati repairs and servicing and getting car turbos rebuilt. They've resolved a number of issues on my 1290 Super Adventure S and as long as you are realistic, be honest about the issues and are willing to leave the bike there, then the service will be really good. These guys are old-school mechanics. I've seen other reviews online and it doesn't reflect the truth.

Fuelling backfire and engine cut out problem solved by installing a power commander and dyno run resulting in much improved performance. Acceleration is much better as power is increased lower down the rev range, engine runs much smoother with improved mpg. Fantastic results!

Dragon motorbikes worked on my 1999 aprilia scarboe. New top end rebuild, new drive belt and rollers, new tyres, new wheel bearings. The bike runs lovely. Ian done a proper job on my bike. Marc and Ian are top guys. Highly highly recommended dragon motorbikes.

Nice guys but poor quality workmanship. Replaced brake and clutch pipes and didn’t refit the spring retaining clips - very dangerous. They haven’t any diagnostic software so they’re shooting in the dark when trying to find faults.I’m surprised google let the owner of the business review his own business. When looking at reviews I would always check the overly positive ones to see how many reviews they’ve done and who they’re reviewed. As we know a lot of small businesses ask their family and friends to leave them good reviews to counter act problems that have been raised by genuine customers.

I had my Suzuki bandit 1250 remapped and hydro flowed the results were fantastic Ian the engineer is a genius and very professional, Mark the owner is a real gentleman and was very helpful, although I did think it was a bit expensive, but you only get what you pay for. Thank again guys.James

Originally called ref. rear shock repair and told 1-2 weeks. The garage apparently then had issues with it needing more specialist work so took longer which was fair enough. My issue was I was constantly expediting this as no updates or basic communication from the garage.At week 4 I still was being told I would be called when ready which I thought unacceptable, as work should be planned in and I basically lost the whole day of July riding.Ended up buying another part and putting down to bad experience. Totally waste of time and very unprofessional so I wouldn’t recommend.
