After struggling with lower back pain I went to see Tom who did an assessment on what the cause could be he quickly identified it was my hip flexor muscles which he worked on and realised the tension in them my pain went away and I was back playing golf that weekend with no pain and back to winning form. I had treatment from TS Soft Tissue Therapies for back pain. Tom used Bowen Therapy to release muscle tightness, and identified a weakness in my hamstring muscles, he also gave me exercises to help strengthen them. I recommend Tom and his healing hands to help relieve your pain.

Tom has really helped me hugely with his bowen therapy treatments. I have noticed a huge difference with old injuries that where causing me pain in different areas of my body. Im now more mobile and have a lot less pain in these areas. I would highly recommend to anyone to go see tom for your treatments hes great at what he does and a genuinely nice guy that works with you to try and help you with any issues you may be having.

Tom took a detailed and thorough assessment and was extremely professional. The treatment room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and he put me at ease very quickly and gave me full details of the treatment with the opportunity for me to ask as many questions as I wanted. I was really amazed at how quickly I felt relief from discomfort following the Bowen treatment and that, coupled with the massage, really did relieve my pain. Would highly recommend
