I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They took a very cold house we'd just purchased (with a condemned boiler) and made it feel like a home for us.The boiler is brilliant, the service was absolutely second to none and all of the team are just lovely people. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Initial contact was friendly and helpful. Service was outstanding. Waited a while for the invoice but when it came (after me chasing it) the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Two days before Christmas and our central heating decided to pack up. Rang J L Bradley and as the office was closed, left a message on the answerphone about our problem. Within 15 mins, a lady rang me back and said the office was now closed until after the holidays but they had an engineer dealing with emergency callouts and she would try and get someone out to me by 17.00.Within the hour, Mark, an engineer arrived on our doorstep and within 45 minutes, identified and rectified the problem, thereby ensuring we had heating back on over the Christmas period.The service and response received from this company was excellent and I thoroughly recommend them if you are ever in need of a heating engineer.Thanks again to Mark and the lady in the office (didn't catch her name) for saving our Christmas!

My mother's boiler had broken down. I called J&L and within the hour Gavin came round, checked everything out and fixed the problem. Very pleased with the speedy response and professional, friendly service. The amount charged was also very reasonable too. We would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to others.

We would like to say how happy we are with the installation of our new boiler. Frank and Ben did an excellent job. We particularly liked the way Frank regularly checked in with us to make sure we understood the process and what the next steps would be. That was really helpful. As the leader of the team his work ethic was impressive.

I already had my installation sorted with another provider when J & L contacted me but despite there being very little chance of a sale the gentleman was still very happy to give his time on the phone to discuss the situation and even popped round to the house to offer advice in person.Sorry we couldn't do business on this occasion, they seem like they would be great to work with!
