Excellent job - replacement OSO water heater. Highly recommend the engineer named Connor for his workmanship, making sure all is done correctly and also protecting carpets etc. Also JDL office staff efficient and friendly to deal with.

I've used JDL for a few years and always been pleased. I asked if they could help swap my gas fire for an electric fire and Rich was very helpful. All the engineers where excellent and I'm very pleased.

Recently we had ver stressful experience with a potential carbon monoxide and gas leak in the house. With two small children we were extremely concerned. The result was that the gas was switched off to the house and we were told that we needed to apply for planning permission for a new gas pipe. We sought a second opinion through JDL and it was the best thing we ever did! They sent an engineer the next day and went away and thought about us from a human perspective not just as a means for money. They came up with a solution and implemented it straight away. This is what makes a company. JDL are so efficient and put you, the customer first. Their engineers are friendly, polite and very knowledgable. I would recommend JDL for all of your heating needs. You won't regret it!

JDL have recently carried out an amazing job replacing my Dads boiler and updating his heating/water system, at 86 yrs old my Dad finds strangers in his house quite stressful, but he was so complimentary of the JDL engineers on site for 3 days that I feel I needed to share. The engineers were very mindful of my Dads age, making him feel included and were very patient explaining what was happening all the way through. Very professional, neat and tidy finish to the pipe work etc. Dad was very impressed how clean the engineers left the house, a better cleaning job that he does he says, praise indeed. Thank you JDL

We have used JDL for a number of years to service our gas boiler and they have always been very good. A few weeks ago our boiler stopped working - the day before my wife's 60th birthday and just before we had a weekend of guests arriving, I contacted Holly at JDL who was very helpful and she managed to get two engineers out to us the same day who were able to fix the problem and get the boiler working again. Hats off to both David and Ryan for sorting this out so promptly and efficiently - they were polite, incredibly professional and made no mess at all. Great service all round in the event of an emergency! Thank you JDL.

I deal with the management of a few rental properties and have dealt with several different contractors over the years. By far the staff at JDL are the most courteous, helpful, professional and efficient team I have come across in a while. Whenever I have had a repair the staff are on it - somebody is able to attend to the work quickly and when that job is done the report back is thorough with photographic evidence of what has been done. The engineers explain what they are doing whilst carrying out works at properties to our tenants which is great customer service. Unfortunately Ann I believe has moved on but Rich, Sam Michaela and the rest of the team come highly recommended!!!

I have used JDL through my place of work for a few years now, This time I have used them for a personal job. My dad's boiler was on it's last legs and he finally agreed for me to arrange to get him a replacement. I spoke to Sam who came out and gave my dad a quote. It was half the price my dad was expecting so agreed to go ahead. Tommy who installed the boiler was great with my dad. He kept updating my dad on what he was doing and was very professional and patient with him. All the staff at JDL are always polite, professional, and very helpful. I would highly recommend JDL for service, amazing staff, price and quality of work.

Absolutely amazing job by Connor! Our water heater needed a replacement and he did it in an extremely professional way. He is super polite and knowledgeable, not to mention that everything was left in a stellar condintion after he installation of the new heater. It is really a joy to have an engineer like him doing repairs at your home. I can recommend JDL to everyone simply because of Connor.
