Just had a full paint correction on my 24 year old Boxster & Rich did a 1st class job.From my initial enquiry, he was extremely responsive and very easy to do business with. Price was fair given the amount of time spent on the car and the superb attention to detail. The car has a new lease of life having undergone full paint correction and ceramic treatment. As an extra, I got a new Boxster badge for the boot and Rich removed the old one and fitted this for me.Also Rich restored the headlights, which were badly yellowed and ‘opaque’. The interior was also treated to cleaning and conditioning of the leather and shampooing of carpets. All the plastics in the car were treated and are now spotless - even the areas surrounding the luggage compartments (which was filthy), is now clean.All in all a brilliant service, fair value, a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend in a heartbeat. Rich is an absolute alchemist when it comes to paintwork and detailing.He had my Audi in for full decontamination, 2-stage polish, final polish, ceramic coating, full soft top clean and protect and full interior valet and upholstery protect.Its looking as good (if not better) than the day it left the showroom.Cannot rate him highly enough!

I took my brand new Honda Civic to Black Country Detailing for a full ceramic coating, fully expecting a quite shiny car when I collected it. I was amazed at just how much of a gloss and shine Rich had managed to get on it, even on the black alloys! The finish is so smooth that it's like a mirror to look at. I looked down out of my bedroom window at the car roof when I got it home, and I couldn't see the roof, just the unbelievably clear reflection of the clouds in the sky!When you meet Rich he just oozes passion for his work and is a real perfectionist, and a thoroughly nice guy too! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants any kind of professional quality detailing done.

Had a 2 stage enhancement on my 4 series which had seen better days with previous owners. Superb work, the car looked like it was fresh off the factory line. Rich has an eye for detail and clearly takes great pride in his work, going above and beyond to get that wow factor and top class finish, a true professional, exactly what you’d want from a detailer!
