Rang JJ Appliances as my dryer wasn't heating up properly. He managed to sort it same day for me as he seemed to already know what the issue was going to be so he brought the part with him. I cant fault him he was on time and got straight to work. also helped me out with a small issue I was having with my dishwasher while he was there and didn't charge me for it.certainly will be ringing again if I have any other issues.

Called through and explained our industrial freezer was not working properly.Due to the amount of stock we were holding an emergency appointment was made and the engineer was with us within the hour.Excellent communication and the work was completed to a high standard for a reasonable price.Would highly recommend.Ultimate Gym

First class service from Joshua. Instant response and very accommodating. I needed someone to attend my elderly fathers house and fix his dishwasher whilst I was working away. Josh provided outstanding service, providing excellent communication and was incredibly polite and friendly to my father. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews; however Josh deserved one. I’d certainly recommend this company to anyone.

Having finished work late and coming home to an oven that wouldn’t heat up and trawling though countless engineers, I came across JJ Appliances. (Josh) who returned my call and after explaining the situation, said he could repair the next day. And true too his word completed the work in no time. I can’t fault the professionalism, quality and customer service shown throughout the time he was dealing with the repairs, which is second to none. I would certainly recommend JJ Appliances!
