Absolutely disgusted by their behaviour. I had to wait for more than a month to get my deposit back. And low professionalism by saying to me that I shouldn't come in without mask on but none of them had any mask on.They will be very sweet when u sign on with them but if you return your vehicle their trye colours shows. They will charge you £12 for parking tickets that means you will have to pay £65+£12, how pathetic and stupid is that.So please keep away from them.

Just picked up my brand new Toyota Prius PCO car for a bargain price. Best PCO car rental service in East London. The staff were amazing and made feel very comfortable. Answered all my concerns honestly with no small prints.They helped me upload all my documents onto Uber, Kapten and Bolt.

These are crooks verging on criminality. Be careful.The address of the office I used to rent the car from was 17-25 Shirley Street, Canning Town, E16 1HU. Not sure why it appears as an office equipment rental...dodgy.I know a good number of people who got burned by them.There are plenty of honest alternatives out there, believe me.

I had the worst experience with 5 Star PCO. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Firstly, they gave me a car that was filthy and damaged, later I was charged for that damage which I didn’t do. They took that money without my acknowledgment. I guess money is that important to them that they take money off from you whenever they like. Honestly, do yourself a favour and never hire from them.
