Swindon Hot Tub Hire

We hired a hot tub for a family get-together. I left the booking late and lots of companies were all sold out or inflexible over the dates but Swindon Hot Tub Hire had one left for a reasonable rate. Kevin arrived a bit late to set up but he did it quickly and left clear and helpful instructions for operation and maintenance. It was really good fun having it for a few days - I'd never buy one because of the environmental impact of heating all that water and the chlorine etc - but considering we weren't travelling anywhere this year it made our staycation really enjoyable and memorable. We had one problem when it stopped working but i immediately rang Kevin and he talked me through step-by-step so it was back up and running within 10 mins of stopping. So all good. Well worth it for our family, thank you.

terrible customer service. order and paid deposit and they cancelled days before claiming they don't cover the area. despite speaking to them on the phone and the website advertising different . awful customer service. totally let down! to add... if negatives comments are taken as fake reviews happy to upload my email confirmation with money taken !

Great service, hired for my daughters birthday party and will be booking again as everybody really enjoyed it, can't wait till next time.

Recently booked a hot tub for my daughters birthday and glad we did! We had a few extras like lights, cup holders and headrests for extra luxury. Great fun!Were also adding the silent disco and photo booth next time.Friendly and efficient service from Kevin.Keep up the good work!

We hired a hot tub for my wife's 40th birthday and it was fantastic! Everything worked perfectly and we all had such a great time, particularly my 2 daughters (aged 7 and 4). Highly recommend Kevin and his business.
